Return & Exchange Policy

At 21Moda, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by 21Moda management. Approval of an exchange is at the sole discretion of 21Moda.

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

To report an issue with your order, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at 21moda@att.net and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s), if applicable

21Moda reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
